La gens Eppia était une famille plébéienne à Rome. Il est principalement connu d’un seul individu, Marcus Eppius, un sénateur romain, qui a pris une part active en faveur de Pompée lors du déclenchement de la guerre civile en 49 av. Il était l’un des légats de Quintus Metellus Scipio dans la guerre d’Afrique, et a été gracié par César, avec beaucoup d’autres de son parti, après la bataille de Thapsus. Par la suite, il semble être allé en Espagne et avoir repris la guerre sous Sextus Pompeius, en 46 et 45 avant J.C. [1] [2] [3] [4]
